REQUIREMENTS

- Proof of gross yearly income of $40,000 (USD), even if retired, is required.

- This is an age restricted community.  At least one member of the household must be at least 55 with proper documentation.

- Minimal credit score must be 700 or better

- Oriole has a no pet policy. Only emotional/therapy pets are permitted with proper documentation.
